At DELUSION, every piece is made to break necks - but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Returns that don’t meet this criteria will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Want a different size or item?
You can request an exchange within 14 days as long as the product is in perfect condition.

If the item you want is out of stock, you will receive store credit or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Worn items

Items without the original packaging

Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the mistake is on us, we cover everything.
